These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Local Auto Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) including our website, apps, platform, and any related services (“Platform”). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any part of the service, you (“User,” “Mechanic,” “Shop,” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms.

1. PLATFORM PURPOSE:

Local Auto Solutions is a listing, lead-generation, and communication platform that connects independent mechanics/shops with customers seeking auto repair services.

We do not:
• Perform repairs
• Employ or contract mechanics
• Set pricing
• Guarantee mechanic availability
• Control mechanic performance
• Handle payments between mechanics and customers
• Provide insurance or warranties

Mechanics are independent businesses/individuals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Local Auto Solutions.

2. NO LIABILITY FOR MECHANIC–CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS:

You acknowledge and agree that all interactions, communication, negotiations, scheduling, payments, and service outcomes between mechanics and customers occur directly between those parties.

Local Auto Solutions is not responsible or liable for:
• Quality of repairs
• Missed appointments or delays
• Price disputes
• Damages to vehicles or property
• Personal injury
• Fraud or misrepresentation by either party
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Hiring, vetting, or verifying mechanic qualifications
• Parts accuracy, pricing, or sourcing
• Background checks or licensing

You use the Platform at your own risk.
Local Auto Solutions disclaims all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. NO WARRANTY:

All estimates, pricing suggestions, labor times, calculations, or mechanic listings provided through the Platform are informational only.

We make no guarantees regarding:
• Accuracy of estimates
• Qualification or skill of mechanics
• Response times
• Customer demand or job volume
• Availability of jobs or leads

The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

4. PAYMENTS & TRANSACTIONS:

Customers pay mechanics directly.
Mechanics receive payment directly from customers.

Local Auto Solutions:
• Does not collect, process, or hold customer payments
• Does not mediate or resolve payment disputes
• Is not responsible for refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks
• Has no involvement in financial transactions between mechanics and customers

All transactions are between Mechanic and Customer only.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & FEES (MECHANICS & SHOPS):

When you subscribe to any monthly plan:
• You authorize Local Auto Solutions to charge your card on file
• Charges recur automatically until cancelled
• Fees are non-refundable, including for unused leads or opportunities
• Cancellation stops future billing only

Mechanics are responsible for:
• Keeping account information accurate
• Managing their subscription status
• Paying any per-opportunity or per-lead fees if applicable

Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

6. USER BEHAVIOR REQUIREMENTS:

Users agree not to:
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate
• Use false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Post fraudulent requests or mechanic profiles
• Attempt to misuse the Platform for non-repair purposes
• Circumvent payment systems or subscription rules
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

7. DISPUTES:

Any dispute between a mechanic and a customer is solely between those two parties.

Local Auto Solutions:
• Will not mediate
• Will not get involved
• Has no financial responsibility
• Cannot be named in mechanic/customer disputes

Users agree to release and hold harmless Local Auto Solutions from any claims arising from interactions with other users.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Auto Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
• Vehicle damage
• Lost income
• Service delays
• Misquotes or incorrect estimates
• Mechanical failures
• Personal injuries
• Property loss
• Payment disputes
• Service dissatisfaction

Maximum aggregate liability to any user is limited to the amount paid to Local Auto Solutions in the past 30 days, if any.

9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS:

We do not guarantee:
• Customers will receive mechanic responses
• Mechanics will receive jobs
• Mechanics will earn income
• Any specific volume of leads or opportunities

Your success depends solely on your own actions and market factors outside our control.

10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS:

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
