Terms and Conditions for Local Auto Solutions: This Service Plan is a 12-Month Commitment. By enrolling in the Local Auto Solutions Service Plan, you agree to a 12-month contractual commitment. Early termination is not permitted unless explicitly authorized by Local Auto Solutions under extraordinary circumstances

Service Activation: Services under this plan are not eligible for use until 30 days after enrollment. This waiting period allows for administrative processing and account activation

Payment Requirements: Your service plan requires the second month's payment to be made before services are rendered. The first payment is due at the time of enrollment, and subsequent payments are charged monthly. Failure to provide timely payment for the second month will result in a delay in service availability until the payment is received.

Cancellation and Refunds: This is a non-refundable, 12-month agreement. Cancellations during the commitment period will not result in refunds for any payments already made. If payments are not received on time, Local Auto Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate the plan.

Service Limits: This plan may include certain usage limits as outlined in your specific plan details. Customers exceeding these limits may be subject to additional charges or service adjustments

Plan Changes: Local Auto Solutions reserves the right to modify the terms, services, or pricing of this plan with a 30-day notice to subscribers.
